To become a Streamkar agency recruiters must submit the required details and documents to Streamkar’s administration. These documents include:
- National Identity Card (NIC) Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- PAN and Father’s CNIC/PAN (Government-issued ID).
- A paid utility bill.
There are two types of agencies:
- Standard Recruiter: Requires a safety deposit of 500 USD.
- Probation Recruiter: Requires a safety deposit of 250 USD.
This deposit is refunded after the contract is terminated.
Recruiters must also provide a bank account number (for Indian recruiters) or a PayPal account (for international agencies). To qualify as a recruiter each type must have at least 10 active broadcasters. If the recruiter fails to recruit 10 broadcasters by the end of the third month their recruiter share of 20% will be forfeited and they will only be eligible for recruitment rewards.
The actual owner of the recruiter account is the individual who submits their PAN/ADHAR and relevant documents at the time of code generation. It takes one business day to generate the recruiter code.
To apply to become a Streamkar agency recruiters need to submit their information including:
- National Identity Card (NIC) Front And Back
- Country
- Phone Number
- Fresh ( one Level Sk Id )
- A paid utility bill.
Once the details are sent the recruiter can proceed with the registration.
Streamkar Agency Commission

- Excellent Host Reward
Every agency will receive a reward of 15 USD per host after the completion of the host’s first successful month of streaming. The recruiter will earn 20% of the gems earned by each host in their team as a commission and they can earn up to 500 USD per host based on the host’s performance.
Streamkar Agency Target
A Streamkar agency must have at least 10 active hosts who meet their target earnings to qualify. If an agency does not reach the 10 active host threshold within its first three months the 500 USD safety deposit requirement will not apply. Once the threshold of 10 active hosts is reached the safety deposit requirement will be enforced.
If a recruiter has already made the safety deposit and transitions to probationary status the deposit will not be refunded until the memorandum of understanding (MOU) expires. If a Streamkar agency dismisses a host for personal reasons the host can join another recruiter but their previous account will likely be blocked.
If an agency fails to pay host salaries within 7 days after receiving funds from Streamkar the host is free to switch without paying the transfer fee. Agencies that commit offenses such as cheating fraud or inappropriate behavior with hosts will face penalties. A fine of 150 USD or termination of the Streamkar agency agreement or both may be imposed.
Streamkar Agency Policies
Host Agency Reward: A newly recruited host must complete 40 hours of streaming and achieve a basic target of 200000 gems in a month for the recruiter to earn the 15 USD reward.
Gems Reward: Agencies will earn rewards based on the gems accumulated by their hosts. The Excellent Host Reward is earned based on achieving specific host milestones (N2 to S3). Agencies must have 20000000 gems and 40 hours of streaming to receive this reward.
Class S Hosts: When a host reaches Class S they may negotiate a percentage increase and enter into a cooperation agreement with Streamkar and their agency for up to one year provided they are not in violation of any agreements or local regulations.
Both Streamkar and the agency must fully support the hosts.
Streamkar reserves the right to modify any part of the policies including commission structures and rewards based on business needs.
Streamkar agencies (and their hosts) are not legally connected to Streamkar beyond the scope of this agreement. Agencies do not have the authority to act on behalf of Streamkar in any capacity. Streamkar holds the exclusive right to interpret this document.
Agencies will work directly with Streamkar and will not collaborate with other agencies above or below them.
Agencies must provide host information to Streamkar including contact details and government-issued IDs. If incorrect information is provided the recruiter will be held responsible for any legal violations.
If an agency fails to meet official requirements (e.g. creating an official WhatsApp group) or is found engaging in dishonest or fraudulent activity the MOU may be terminated and hosts may be reassigned to other recruiters.
Hosts are not allowed to work under two different IDs. If they do the account with the authentic documents will remain unblocked and the host will not receive payment for the month. The recruiter will not earn a commission from that host.
If an agency violates any terms of the agreement or engages in illegal activity Streamkar may terminate the contract without responsibility for the agency’s actions.
Streamkar reserves the right to terminate or dismiss a host due to poor performance or lack of income.
If a host is gifted by a user and the gift is later refunded the corresponding amount will be deducted from the host’s salary.
